Its world-class solutions, developed in-house, include Electronic Value Distribution (EVD), Virtual Electronic Reload (VER) and the Mobile Trust Suite. EVD refers to the distribution of airtime via a Point-of-Sale terminal, a mobile phone or the Intranet and caters for both PIN-based and PIN-less airtime distribution. This solution has already been implemented successfully in four African countries. The VER solution provides a cell phone user with the ability to 'top up' their own prepaid account or that of a third party via a mobile handset using a menu structure resident on a 32K SIM card. The Mobile Trust Suite is an enabling technology bringing the Internet to the mobile handset via a micro browser that resides as an application on a Java enabled mobile handset. The Mobile Trust Suite is ideal for online reservations, banking, retail account information and payments, purchasing, point of sale transacting, person-to-person payments, betting and information. The system includes a Secure Micro Browser, the Mobile Trust Platform and an Enhanced Message Service (EMS) Provisioning Server. Over and above supplying mobile solutions, working with NamITech Managed Security Services, Mobile Solutions has the capabilities to secure the actual IT infrastructure that makes all of the above possible.

The division has specific expertise in card based banking solutions including EMV, and security solutions supported by NamITech Managed Security Services.
